These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pristine Clean ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
1.1 Scope of Services
Pristine Clean offers professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to gutter clearing, soffit and fascia cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning, and patio/exterior wall cleaning.
1.2 Service Estimates
We provide free estimates based on the information provided by the customer. The final price may vary if the scope of work changes or additional services are required.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking
To schedule a service, you can contact us via phone, email, or our website.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
2.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee . If payment is not received within 28 days, we reserve the right to refer the matter to a collection agency.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 4 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
3.2 Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Access to Property
Customers must provide us with safe and unobstructed access to the areas that need to be cleaned. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling of the service.
4.2 Preparation
Customers are responsible for removing any personal items, furniture, or obstacles that may interfere with the cleaning process. We are not liable for any damage to items left in the cleaning area.
5. Liability and Warranty
5.1 Limited Liability
Pristine Clean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
5.2 Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 28 days, and we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.
5.3 Damage
We take care to avoid damage during our services. However, if damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or compensate for the damage, subject to our discretion.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The United Kingdom.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
